4. Present Properties – Submit information on available properties to you
5. Tour Properties – Set up and go with you to view properties you are
interested in
6. Evaluate Properties -
Prepare reports for
you on comparative costs for the properties
you
are interested in. Aid in evaluating how a
property will meet your
requirements.
7. Update Criteria – If, based on the initial set of properties, it is
determined that we need to modify the search
criteria to better meet your needs; I will
refine the parameters and complete a new
search.
8. Stay the Course – Finding a property that meets all
of your criteria
can be a lengthy process. I will not give up working
with you until we find a building that meets
your needs.
9. Prepare Offer & Negotiations – I will work with you to determine an offer
strategy and will prepare and submit a written
offer for your selected space. I will work with you on
reviewing all counteroffers until
a final offer is
accepted.
10. Closing – I will stay in touch and work with you
during this time period until the
transaction is completed.
